Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the flightradar24 website and services at flightradar24.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access most features on flightradar24, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and login details confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
  • Notifying flightradar24 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Ensuring that your registered personal information and payment details are accurate and up to date.

Flightradar24 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. You are advised not to share your login details with anyone, and to use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the flightradar24 platform are expected to use this service in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. By using this platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform's systems in any way.
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unauthorised bonus advantages.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from flightradar24.
  • Spreading content that is offensive, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights.
  • Transferring or selling your account to another party.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of credit balances, and legal action where applicable. flightradar24 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms.

Payment Information, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on flightradar24 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX and accepted e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the processing policies set by the platform at the time of the transaction.

Key payment information you should know:

  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set on your account and may change from time to time.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
  • Flightradar24 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Any attempt to process fraudulent or unauthorised payments will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Flightradar24 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Any balance in an account suspended due to confirmed fraud may not be recoverable. Users who are dissatisfied with a suspension decision may contact our support team for further review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the flightradar24 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of flightradar24 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these intellectual property elements without prior written consent from flightradar24.

This platform may contain references to third-party services or content. flightradar24 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Any interaction with third parties is at your own risk.

Term Amendments & Governing Law

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
